Wood Badge

Wood Badge for the 21st Century is designed for all Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Varsity and Venturing leaders who have completed basic training. It is a leadership skills course, based on a format originally created by Scouting's Founder, Lord Robert Baden Powell, and is considered the "Ph.D." of Scout training.

The cost is $200. Participants attend both weekends in their entirety, including all day on Friday (arriving by 8:00 AM). The site is the Blue Ridge Center for Environmental Stewardship, Neersville VA.

Registration is limited to 48 participants and sometimes closes out.

Wood Badge will be offered again in the fall.
